Assessment and Feedback in HEExperience:
I joined the University of Brighton in 2001, as a lecturer in information and media studies; after holding the posts of Course Leader for the MA Information Studies and Head of Division of Information and Media, I joined the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) in 2009 to head up the PGCert in Learning & Teaching in HE. From 2012, I established and led the University’s Professional Recognition and Development Scheme, which awards HEA Fellowships. In 2018, I became Assistant Head of the CLT, and took over as Interim Head in April 2020; in January 2021, following a restructure, I was appointed as Head of the Learning and Teaching Hub.
